Estimates

NHC offers free "verbal" estimates to local area residents and business owners within 15 miles of the 77346 zip code.  Over fifteen miles from this zip code, estimates are based on distance to the project location to be estimated and also the size of the project.

* Please note, that it is essential that the person requesting the estimate be the home/business owner of the project location.  

* REALTORS regarding their clients:  We do not offer free estimates to realtors for listing/repair purposes unless they are contracted with homeowner and homeowner requests the repairs/remodel.  Home must be owned and current homeowner selling or going to lease out the home and needing the repairs/remodel, or a buyer that has recently closed on the home and needing repairs or upgrades before moving in.  Without a fee for the estimate, we cannot offer "free" repair/upgrade quotes to buyers that are merely thinking of purchasing a property based on what the repairs/upgrades will cost.  If a buyer that is 'looking' needs a quote for work on a potential home they might purchase, we are happy to go for the consultation and give them a formal estimate for a fee starting at $125 depending on size of work to be done and area project is located.

* All NHC contracts must be signed by the person/s responsible for payment as well as owner if not one in the same.

Local or out of area estimates where a typed up formal estimate (other than verbal) is requested, there is a fee beginning at $125 and up depending on distance and location, and size of job to be done.  If customer chooses to use NHC's services and pricing, the fee for the estimate can be reimbursed from the final payment.

PLEASE NOTE:  NHC does not offer services where payment will be funded by an insurance company directly to NHC.  We are happy to offer insurance job services of course, but only if payment is paid directly to the client and they already have received the payment from the insurance company and is available to make payment/s to NHC.
