Estimate Discounts & Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair and competitive pricing, we offer discounted estimates based on:

This allows us to provide the best possible pricing for your remodeling needs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an estimate is accepted and an agreement is signed:
✅ Clients have 24 hours to cancel without penalty with exception to estimate fee.
❌ After 24 hours, a 25% fee will apply to cover administrative costs, scheduling adjustments, and potential lost job opportunities.
ADDITIONALLY - CLIENT AGREES UPON CANCELLATION AFTER SIGNING CONTRACT TO NHC DEDUCTING A FULL ESTIMATE FEE OF $250.00 FROM THEIR REFUND. (This clause applies to cancellation at any time after contract signing).
