- You will meet your project supervisor, go over the entire project plan and design, details about working hours and any preferences you have, and answer any questions about the startup date, time, and set up so there is no confusion between you and NHC. We like to be "transparent" in ALL aspects of your remodel/renovation so you can go into this experience with a clear view and understanding of every phase.
- NHC stays in touch. After your project is completed, we do a thorough walk-through punch-list and go over every detail. We answer questions, go over who to call for various issues that could arise with your fixtures, appliances, and anything in the product industry you will need to have on hand for the future. We also go over NHC's labor warranty and discuss our process to stand by our work and be there when or if you ever need us.
